Our story
Why we started
Rafal Al-Hayat was founded to close a gap that anyone who has built a project knows well: vague quotations, surprises halfway through, and communication that fades once the contract is signed.
So we built a way of working that starts on the site, not in the office. Our engineers inspect the project for a symbolic fee, study the site in person, then submit an itemised quotation with a schedule and payments tied to completed work.
We serve businesses and property owners across every region of the Kingdom — from villas and apartments to offices, showrooms and restaurants.

Our identity
A kufic square… and a floor plan
Our mark is drawn in square kufic, the most geometric of Arabic scripts — and it reads at the same time as the floor plan of a building.
The frame = the walls
A continuous frame broken by measured openings, like doors and entrances.
The letters = the name
The letters «R» and «H» of Rafal and Al-Hayat interlock at the heart of the square.
